Newsletter Compliance

Subscription to the newsletter on the website www.borgobrufa.it/ is free of charge and implies full acceptance of the following conditions by the user. Once the registration request has been sent, the user will receive a confirmation email via the email address provided. In this confirmation email, the user will be invited to click on a confirmation link in order to be able to successfully complete the newsletter registration. Without clicking on the confirmation link, the data entered by the user will be deleted.

The service provides for the sending of informative e-mails regarding offers and promotions, events, news, presentations of new services/products, regulatory changes, etc. Borgobrufa Srl undertakes to guarantee the quality and continuity of the service and to improve it over time. However, it reserves the right to suspend its delivery at any time, even without notice.

Since the e-mail address is the only reference that Borgobrufa Srl can use to contact the user, in the event of unattainability, unavailability or non-existence of the e-mail box, it reserves the right to revoke the subscription to the Newsletter service.

The registered user can, at any time, unsubscribe from the newsletter service by sending an email to marketing@borgobrufa.it.

by subscribing to the newsletter, you declare that you have read and understood this information pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data.

We therefore provide you with the following information.

• The data processed will be name, surname and email address (mandatory fields). Any refusal to provide such data entail impossibility to receive our newsletter.
